Term of Use

This Terms of Service (the "Agreement") is made between us ("we," "us," or "our") and you ("you," or "your"), our customer. It outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding the use of our mobile application, GPS Fields Area - Measure Map ("App").

1. Use of the App

The App allows users to measure distances, calculate field areas, place markers, calculate acreage, and perform basic land surveys (“Services”). You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, software, and functionality of the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

4. Payment

4.1 In-App Purchases: If you purchase an ad-free version or other premium features, payments will be processed through your Apple ID account.
4.2 Subscription Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage your subscription settings through your Apple ID account.
4.3 Non-Transferability: Purchases and subscriptions are valid only for use on Apple devices and cannot be transferred between different systems.
4.4 Refunds: If you cancel a subscription or purchase, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period.

Note: Parental Guidance
If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before making any purchases on the App Store. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring and managing their child’s use of the App store, including in-app purchases, subscriptions, and paid downloads. By allowing a minor to access the service, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and that you consent to the minor’s use and any resulting transactions.

  • Subscription Title: Weekly
  • Duration: 1 week
  • Pricing: 3.99$
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Billing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
  • Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID account settings.
For Month:
  • Subscription Title: Monthly
  • Duration: 1 month
  • Pricing: 8.99$
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Billing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
  • Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID account settings.
For Year:
  • Subscription Title: Yearly
  • Duration: 1 year
  • Pricing: 25.99$
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Billing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
  • Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID account settings.
6. Intellectual Property


All content, features, software, and functionality of the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. User Content


You may create, upload, or submit data within the App (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute it solely to provide the Services. You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of measurements or calculations. You agree that your use of the App is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the App.
10. Updates and Changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Termination








We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
